Andrea Skinner

Andrea joined Common Thread in June 2021. Prior to this Andrea had an eighteen-year career in local authority residential care, which allowed her to bring vast knowledge and experience to her role at CTG.

Andrea believes fully that Common Thread’s care model, leads to the highest quality of care for our young people, who deserve nothing less. Andrea strives to make these outcomes possible for our young people.

Andrea is passionate about changes in Scotland’s legislation for care experienced young people and holds a special passion for the rights of siblings within this.
